All of our cattle and sheep are reaised as they were created to live, roaming organic pastures and enjoying a diet of grass and forbs. None are fed hormones or antibiotics, nor are they routinely wormed. They are rotated frequently on diverse pastures which promote steady growth and good health with high Omega 3 fatty acids and CLA. All meat is processed by a USDA-inspected abattoir.
